CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Up to January 1, 2020 - Refund of the amount you paid minus $50 administrative fee per person. Players who register then cancel and do not pay are subject to a $50 administrative fee per person.
After January 1, 2020 and before January 8, 2020 - Refund of the amount you paid minus $50 admininstrative fee per person if you get another player to sign up in your place and they pay within 24 hrs of your cancellation. If you cannot get a replacement, then refund of the amount you paid minus $200 adminstrative fee per person.
After January 8, 2020 and before January 15, 2020 - Refund of the amount you paid minus $50 admininstrative fee per person if you get another player to sign up in your place and they pay within 24 hrs of your cancellation. If you cannot get a replacement, then refund of the amount you paid minus $500 adminstrative fee per person.
After January 15, 2020 - NO REFUNDs will be given.
PayPal fees are non-refundable.
